Sadly, there are no reasonably priced shipping alternatives from the Yukon right now. We’re just as frustrated as you are—we rely on Canada Post to get fresh-roasted coffee to Canadians coast to coast.
If you want to help, please contact your MP or the Minister responsible for Canada Post and let them know how this impacts small Canadian businesses like ours.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange of your coffee purchase, you must give us detailed information about the reason for your request. Once your refund/exchange application is received and considered, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
We only replace items if you are located in, or can bring your product to Whitehorse, Yukon (no exchanges by mail). If you need to exchange it for the same or a similar item, send us an email at info@beannorth.com to arrange the exchange.

Products that were on sale
Products that your purchased with a discount code
Products that were gifted to you
Bean North Merchandise & Gifts
Products that weren't manufactured by Bean North (e.g. chocolate bars, hot chocolate, soaps etc.)
Shipping Fees (if you receive a refund for your product or order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@beannorth.com.
Return Shipping
If you want to return your unwanted product to us, you can mail your product to: PO Box 20437 Whitehorse Yukon CA Y1A7A2. Please do not send your purchase back to other manufacturers.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. A returned product doesn't guarantee an exchange by Bean North Coffee Roasting.
