The beans have always been consistent for flavour, and for how well they brew. Only problem we have with them is that we run out too soon! Good value for the dollar.

For me the Italian Roast is ideal. Love a strong coffee but not over roasted so that it come over bitter. I use it strictly as a pour over. It is robust and has lots of body. It will be a continued go to for me. Thanks.
