Airscape® technology features a patented plunger lid designed to fit snugly against the inside of the canister. As the Airscape® lid is pressed down, the oxygen is forced out through a two-way valve. Once the plunger is directly above the contents, flip the handle down to prevent further oxygen exchange & dramatically increase the shelf life of your stored goods.

Excellent service and delicious coffee
We have become addicted to the Dark French Roast coffee so we go through it quickly. The 5 lb bag is just the ticket to keep us in coffee.
After several years that we be with Guatemala San Marco, which also an excellent coffee, I decided to change to also Guatemalan, this time a new to me Chajul Single Origin coffee.
My husband and I love it for it very mild taste. We drink black coffee first thing in the morning on an empty stomach because black coffee cleanse liver and intestines from toxins. Just sharing my knowledge.
This coffee has no bitterness at all. Highly recommend it.

This is one of my favourites from Bean North. Very unique flavours that are very satisfying.
Love the 5 lb bags, don't have to drive out too often, usually get 2-3 5lb bags at a time.
Currently drinking, smooth even taste. I managed to get the right grind to get the best americano, tastes great.
I have been purchasing this coffee for years - often having it shipped out to montreal - yes, it is that good! Perfect blend for a nice espresso grind to enjoy in a cappuccino.
This is without a doubt this is the best coffee I have ever used in my Gaggia Academia.

I haven't had a source for yirgacheffe for a long time. Taking my first sip on the weekend was heavenly! Reminded me why I love yirgacheffe, Light, slightly fruity, and a great relaxing coffee.
